How to deal with F67471 unused pin ?

Hello TI employee,

We're now working on a E-meter project with MSP430F67471. A current issue comes up in low-volume production phase.

We don't know how to configure RTCCAP0CTL\RTCCAP1CTL\COM0\COM1 pin to meet the current cost requiment.

So, need your help ..

Are you sure that it is the MSP430F67741? I'm not aware of that processor. Maybe the MSP430F67751?

RTCCAP0CTL and RTCCAP1CTL are registers inside the processor, whereas COM0 and COM1 are output pins of the device.

COM0 and COM1 are outputs, which become active when the LCD module is used. When not used, leave them unconnected. For the RTCCAPx pins, I would set them to output direction with either low or high, like the GPIO pins.
