Which block(It is indicated by a red sphere circuit on below picture) will generate this signal? And what kinds of signal the MSP430F2471 output P2.x? CAOUT?

The symbol is for an analog switch (something like the SN74LVC1G66, only integrated). It connects the pin to the comparator only if that comparator input is actually enabled (and in that case, all the digital connections are disabled).

By the way, please let me confirm my understanding for Question.2.
"From Comparator_A" signal will generate by Comparator_A power.
Is my understanding correct?

No, "From Comparator_A" is generated by the comparator when that input is made active with the P2CAx bits.
