MSP430F2471: Confirm the Flash specification

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following questions.

[Question.1]
According to the datasheet of MSP430F2471, the specifications of the UNIT is defined as "tFTG" does not have MIN and MAX values.
Would you please why TI does not define the those MAX and MIN value ?

[Question.2]
Would you please teach me the deification of cycle on Program/Erase endurance?
How should we count? If it change the 1bit on program, should we count this as 1 count?

[Answer.1] Anything used as UNIT should not have MIN or MAX. And UNIT has no "value" either.

(Note that Flash used in F2xx is covered in this document. Flash used in F5xx/F6xx are different.)

Thank you for your quick response.
I have already read those documents which you described in previous post, but I could not understand the answer for No.2 to read them.
So, I would like to know how to count the cycle of Program/Erase endurance.

For answer No.1, why the parameters like tWord, tBlock and so on should not have the Max and Min values?
I would like to know whether those values in datasheet has taken into the variation of device.
