[MSP430F2471] Recommended Operating Condition

Guru 24520 points

Hi TI Experts,
Please let me confirm the following question.

[Question] According to "Recommended Operating Conditions" section on the datasheet, TI defined as below. "Typical values are specified at VCC = 3.3 V and TA = 25°C (unless otherwise noted)"
Why does TI does define this specification?
fSYSTEM specification should not be influence on temperature with the operating frequency. I think that TI should describe as below. "over recommended ranges of supply voltage and operating free-air temperature (unless otherwise noted)"

If you have any question, please let me know.
Best regards.
Kaka

  • This particular table does not have a column "TYP", so this sentence does not make sense. Just ignore it.

(As far as I can see, all datasheets have this sentence for the Recommended Conditions table. It is probably put there by default.)
