What is the difference between RevC and RevD of MSP430FG439?

Could you please provide some more information about your setup? To better understand this issue, it'd be helpful to know which debugger model/version and which IDE/version (CCS, IAR, etc.) you're using, and whether the MSP430FG439 is on a custom PCB, LaunchPad, or target board.

I am sorry for confusing you.

Failure of writing is my mistake. I used GANG.

But I need information about difference between RevC and RevD of MSP430FG439.

Can I get it?

Why did you change from RevC to RevD? 

Bugs are not intended in the design. They are flaws of the design. So they found RevD has the same flaws as in RevC.

Sometimes it could be worse. For example, RevE has more bugs than RevD.

Aside from bugs, there may be other factors, such as yields with acceptable flaws, taking into consideration.

What is the device version and FW version of the GANG? Any additional information about your setup will be helpful.

To rule out any issues with GANG, could you please try programming the Rev D part using an eZ-FET (on a LaunchPad) or the MSP-FET debugger? Depending on your setup, you may also need to use a target development board.
