Your subject (just the device part number) should contain more details about what the question is. A better example would be "Can MSP430F412 drive 48x4 LCD?" This helps the right people to zero in on something they can help answer.

No, this is a custom LCD.
I only have a drawing of the 48 segments and 4 columns, but that cannot help you much.

According to the datasheet, the device can drive a maximum of 24 segments and 4 COMs, means a maximum of 96 segments in total.

Is your display 4 x 48 or 48 divided in 4?
