  • Similar question (of datasheet comprehension) is answered multiple times in this forum. Here for example. Let your customer pay special attention to User's Guide of chip in question,  chapter "ADC sampling timing considerations".

    For my understanding, that means when I do DC measurements such as with an NTC, the internal resistance is very high due to the capacitance to GND.

    Wrong. Impedance of capacitor matters only for AC signals.

    For DC signals internal resistance of ADC and it's input shall be considered as very high due to very low leakage current which is typically around +/- 50nA.
