MSP430F1121A: Internal Reference Issue at 3,3V

Part Number: MSP430F1121A

Hi Support,

my customer is claiming a Voltage Reference Issue on MSP430F1121A when operating at Vcc=3,3V. In particular, it seems that VRef050 is 0,51V at 23°C, where maximum value should be 0,5V@3V.

Is it possible that this value is due to the higher Vcc (3,3V instead of 3V)?

Can you kindly help me in identifying possible sources of this? Can I investigate other parameters that might be taken into consideration as the one reported in the spec itself (load on the pins, etc.)?

Thanks and regards,

Alberto
