MSP430F67471A: About the connection of unused SD24 Vref pin

I have a question.

How should I connect unused Vref pin? (pull up? pull down? open?)

I am using SD24 with internal reference in the MSP430F67471A, and

I don't know recommended connection of unused Vref pin(11 pin ).

You shall refer to MSP430F67471A Users Guide chapter about reference, 29.2.3 Voltage Reference.

p.s. NEVER pull-up or pull-down reference pin. It will interfere with reference operation
