Hello.

I have a question.

About MSP430F67471A, what is the minimum required oscillation voltage level of the LF crystal?

I confirmed the device specific datasheet , and there is no restriction about the oscillation voltage level of the LF crystal.

Can I ignore the the oscillation voltage level of the LF crystal in general ?

NOTE: "oscillation voltage level of the LF crystal" means the voltage measured by probing the XIN or XOUT pins connected the 32.768kHz crystal.

You must not probe the XIN/XOUT pins; the capacitance of your probe will affect the circuit.

Thank you for your advice.
I'm using Hi-z probe, but I'll check the URL and the description you told just in case.

I'm waiting for the answer whether there is restriction or recommended value about the oscillation voltage level of the LF crystal.
