How many interrupt source dose MSP430 have ? Are the priorities are configurable .Can some one could help me with this question .

Different types of interrupts and their priorities are covered in Table 5 of the datasheet (SLAS723). The priorities are not configurable but interrupt nesting is possible, you can find more information on this in Section 2.2 of the User's Guide (SLAU144).
