Are there any test reports, in particular, regarding exposure to gamma radiation? Customer would like to evaluate the suitability of FRAM products for a new disposable medical device that gets gamma sterilized.

Bernd

I also want to point you to this paper on FRAM and radiation in the meantime: www.ti.com/lit/wp/sboa154/sboa154.pdf
Katie,
thank you for your offline feedback. For others interested into this topic:
"The dose needed e.g. for medical sterilization is too high for the rest of the device.
Even if the FRAM is okay, and even with unpowered sterilization, they found that the amount needed for sterilization is such that you get permanent degradation of other circuitry within the device. So unfortunately this is not an option for high dose gamma radiation medical sterilization applications."
