MSP430F2012: SBW mode fail Read/Write

Part Number: MSP430F2012

Customer use SBW mode to Read/Write MSP430F2012 flash from host. The project is in mass production for about 10 years without problem. But recently, they got 100pcs boards failed in SBW Read/Write among 500 pcs board. SBWTCK and SBWTDIO signal are captured for both good and bad board. I didn't see any difference between good and bad. But I cannot understand the acclivitous signal circled by red in attachment (TCK is Blue, TDIO is yellow).  It looks like TDO slot. But MSP430 should drive TDIO right after falling edge of TCK and finish with rising edge of TCK. But the attachment doesn't look like this way. However, this board already run in mass production for 10 years. So I need experts to confirm whether signal in this attachment looks normal?

thanks
