EVM430-F67641: Read the data using Arduino

I have planned to used this product as an energy analyzer. I need to know can I read the data in RS-232 port using arduino or should I use PC to read the data.

The RS-232 voltage levels (somewhere between −3/+3 V and −12/+12 V) and the Arduino's pins' voltage levels (typically, 0/5 V) are not compatible.

You could use a PC with a RS-232 port, but there also are RS-232 shields for the Arduino.
