MSP430F5338: About Crystal Selection

Hi, 

I am using MSP430F5338 in our project. For High frequency generation, we require 16MHz and for RTC, it is 32KHz.

We have planned to use crystal for both. How to choose the crystal? The load capacitance matching parameters for crystals are not given in the datasheet. Only load capacitance matching parameters are given for crystal oscillators.

Can I take the same parameter for crystal also?

Please suggest me how to select the crytal.
