TIDM-BIOSIGNMONITOR: Questions on this - BOM list

Hi

Thank you for your help in advance - few questions

1. Does BOM list correct? We do have application and we want to use this reference design with working with Avnet. However, Avnet mentioned that BOM list is not correct (i.e part number not found)

2. Is it possible to change the design from NFC to BLE 

3. What is the form factor size for whole device.

4. Power requirement total and Voktage requirement - I probably missed it in the deference document.

5. Finally, I would like to speak with a an engineering before we make decision for the reference design to be used.

    Hi Rafiqul,

    1. The BOM list is correct but may be out of date, so there could be some parts that are no longer available. Most are passive components that can be easily substituted, otherwise please let us know which part number could not be found and we will give a replacement recommendation.

    2. This is possible but will require the RF430CL331 components to be replaced with a suitable BLE alternative.

    3. Please download the Altium Design Files for dimensions.

    4. All of Section 9 (Test Results) is dedicated to current consumption measurements per device & state.

    5. The engineer who originally created this TI Design no longer works at Texas Instruments but I can get you into contact with someone who knows more details if needed.
