MSP430F133: Errata Number scheme

Genius 12760 points
Part Number: MSP430F133

The actual "Errata Number" scheme in SLAZ134G www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slaz134 has changed and is confusing for users looking for the revision history.

Why did we move away from the previous scheme?

Regards, Bernd

  • I will submit your inquiry to the Documentation Team for their reasoning on the topic.

  • Hi Bernd,

Thanks so much for highlighting this. I actually work on the errata documents, which are generated with the help of an automated tool. I'd suspect the tool has a flaw in its code for how it is alphabetizing this list and so is putting AA together with A - hence this order you are seeing. We have now filed this to be corrected with our next mass errata update which should happen beginning of 2018. But please let your customers know in the meantime that the Ax revisions are the newer revisions.

    Katie
