i have searched ti website as well as FTP server, but unable to found the same

Amol,

You should be able to find the MMB3 schematics in this directory:

ftp.ti.com/.../mmbx sch/

I was able to navigate to the directory and pull up the pdf.If you have problems getting the file feel free to reply to this post.

Amol,

In the last post, save the link instead of clicking it. There is a space character that misses the "sch" at the end of the directory listing.
