Please see the following code examples that can also be found on the device's product page: www.ti.com/.../slac467. The following example should help you with what you want to do: msp430g2x32_adc10_temp.c

Additionally, please see the device family's User's Guide for an explanation of the ADC and how t use it with the temperature sensor.
