We used MSP430G2433IRHB32R for HDMI CEC solution.

Use the TI tool to burn the FW to the MSP430G2433IRHB32R through the JCEC Conn. IC pin 23 & 24

Could we use the I2C interface, When our design PCBA bring to windows then use a programming tool to burn our FW code??

Hi,

programming of the device is can be done through different interfaces, but not through I2C.
For MSP430G2433RHB32R you have the following options:
1. 2-wire Spy-Bi Wire
2. 4-wire JTAG port
3. BSL (see table 6.9 of the data sheet www.ti.com/.../slas734)
