When will we see a MSP430 48 pin QFN target board? Looking to use the MSP430F5304 in the 48 pin QFN pkg in a new design

when it is available. I do not see a target board to support this package right now.

Hello Todd,

The 53xx devices will be supported by the 64-pin QFN target board. MSP-TS430RGC64B

There are currently plans for a 48-pin board, however it will not support the 53xx devices.

Hi Todd,

The target board is expected to be released around the end of December 2010.
