MSP430FR5858: What is the best condition to get the best ADC performance

Hi Experts,

We would like to get the best ADC performance on embedded 12bit ADC. The one option is to use external REF(VeREF+) and set to 3.3V or the same voltage with AVCC instead of using internal 2.5V reference. Do you have any other idea? Analog signal is inputted as single end.
