MSP-FET430UIF: MSP-FET430UIF driver issue

Part Number: MSP-FET430UIF

Hi team,

My customer try programing MSP430F6720 on production line, but they try install driver on WIN10 and driver always show TUSB3410 device.

even they try install driver manually but still fail.

the installation environment show as below,

OD: WIN10

Programmer : MSP-FET430UIF

Software : Lite FET-Pro430 Elprotronic  V3.43

Please guid me how to resolve this issue,

    Hi Eddie,
    it seems the image you wanted to attach is broken. Could you re-try attaching it to show the information that you wanted to share?
    Do you know if the MSP-FET430UIF shows up in the device manager?
    Besides, did your customer try to update the MSP-FET430UIF via CCS as well?
    You could also check the following link as this could be similar to what you're customer is experiencing.
