Can you be a little more specific here? What do you need a reference for? Programming the device? For a certain application?

The DV_CC/AV_CC pins need decoupling capacitors (100 nF). The RST/NMI/SBWTDIO pin needs a 47 kΩ pullup with a 10 nF or 2.2 nF pulldown; all other pins can be left open (see table 2-3 in the User's Guide).
