MSP-EXP430FR4133: Firmware update problem

Dear all TI Engineers,

I am testing the MSP430FR4133 LaunchPad.  When I try to debug a project under Energia mspdebug, it reported that the firmware had to be updated.

So my question is: how to update the EZ-FET firmware?
