MSP430FR5949: Different ways to program the MSP430FR5949

For what I understood it is possible to program the MSP430FR5949 using the BSL UART (with pins P2.0 and P2.1, RST and TEST). That is what I have been doing. According to what I understood from the datasheet, it is possible also to program using the JTAG interface or the Spy-bi-wire. But is it possible to program the MSPFR5949 using a different interface, such as I2C?
