MSP430F2132: MSP430F2132 cannot startup

Part Number: MSP430F2132

hi

MSP430F2132 encounters the problem of startup not starting. It is startup waveform as shown in Annex 403. Yellow waveform is reset foot, which is raised after startup, blue is test foot, which is raised after startup for a period of time, and there is a 2V step in the process of lifting. Now the problem is that the single chip computer will have probability of entering abnormal working mode in the startup stage, by lowering the test foot, and then reset foot. It's effective to pull your feet low and high. The question is how to set the level of the test foot after booting? Always high or low? Then whether the waveform in our pictures will make the MCU enter an abnormal state?
