CCS/MSP430F5529: Having trouble getting windows to enumerate the device

Part Number: MSP430F5529
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP-TS430PN80USB, , MSP430WARE, MSP-FET

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello everybody.

I am trying to get my target board MSP-TS430PN80USB, with an msp430f5529 installed to comunicate via USB with a windows 10 pc.

As of now, I am simply messing around with the usbdevpack examples, but every time i program the micro, i get the windows error "failed enumerator request" and the device is shown in the device manager as an unknown device with a yellow bang.

Tried to install the drivers as shown in the usb guide, but windows refuse them, insisting that the best drivers are already installed.

Both the target board and the micro are tested and known good.

The on board cristal has a value of 4 MHz, tested and working.

Do i need to modify the examples in any way?

The examples in question are the CDC ones found in the usbdevpack (tried all and none of them worked).

Thank you all.
