MSP430F6733: SD24_B common mode input range

Part Number: MSP430F6733

Hi,

I have a question about SD24_B input range.

Accoding to Absolute Maximam Ratings,
   SD24_B input pins (SD0N0, SD0P0,SD1N0, SD1P0, SD2N0, SD2P0     -0.3V min ~ Vcc + 0.3V max

And  5.15 SD24_B specs ( Page 52 ),
   Common-mode input voltage range                                                           AVSS – 1Vmin ~ AVCC max

I do not know why the common mode voltage exceeds the absolute maximum rating.
Can I use SD24 as a bipolar input?
Does this device have an attenuator in the input stage?

By the way,  Our customer setup are below.

 PGA Gain=1
 AVCC = DVCC=3.3V,  AVSS = DVSS = 0 V
 SD0P0 = -900mV ~ +900mV (variable input voltage)
 SD0N0 = 0V (fix)

Can we use in this condition?
I thought it was impossible.

Best regards,
Hiroshi
