Sir,
As we are looking into the possibility of using MSP430F67641A AND SIMILAR THREE PHASE &SINGLE PHASE DEVICES IN OUR PROJECT, can we know if we can get some application support on these devices during the course of our development.

Hello,
Yes, thanks for your post, you can ask questions in our E2E forum. And search E2E, your questions may already be answered!
For the single or three phase energy measurement, some reference designs and resources for your reference:
In the TI reference design Class 0.5 Three-Phase Energy Measurement System with Enhanced ESD Protection Reference Design page, you can find the bom, pcb, schematic, software and design documents, etc.
Hello,
Did you read the Class 0.5 Three-Phase Energy Measurement System Design Guide? In the design guide, there are e formulas used for the voltage, current, energy, and temperature calculations shown in below.
And these formulas are implemented in the software TIDM-3PH-ENERGY5-ESD Software.
For the calibration procedure, please refer to section 7.3.2 in above design guide.
Because the power is computed by above formula (4), not Vrms*Irms. You need calibrate the power.
The hardware also can be found in the reference design page.
Hello,
Connect your board with PC by UART interface. The GUI will communication with your board by UART. Recommend using Energy Measurement Design Center for MSP430 MCUs. It can generate code Drag and drop an MCU, voltage sensors, and current sensors into the GUI workspace.
The Energy Measurement Design Center is a rapid development tool that enables energy measurement using TI MSP430i20xx and MSP430F67xx flash-based microcontrollers (MCUs). It includes a graphical user interface (GUI), documentation, software library and examples that can simplify development and accelerate designs in a wide range of power monitoring and energy measurement applications, including smart grid and building automation. Using the Design Center you can configure, calibrate, and view results without writing a single line of code.
You can set up a design in less than five minutes:
