FOR “TIDM-1PHMTR-ESD”,HERE is a question about the Current Transformer.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F6736, TIDM-1PHMTR-ESD

Dear TI

I have read the slaa517e,which is a doucument of Implementation of a Single-Phase Electronic Watt-Hour Meter Using the MSP430F6736(A)in breif called TIDM-1PHMTR-ESD.

I have a question about the Current Transformer.

I am recently doing a project about a Meter Using the MSP430F6736. I found that if I measure the pulsation direct-current like the picture below, the results I measured will be wrong.

The lateral axis is time, and the vertical axis is current.

I haven't purchase the Meter named TIDM-1PHMTR-ESD.

But I want to know if this Meter made by TI can measure a wave like this picture above.

If the answer is Yes,then can you tell me what type or brand of the Current Transformer used on this Meter?
