There was a problem with the product purchased at the TI store.
I contacted the Customer Support Center and was asked to submit a request here.

The orientation of the product in the tray was different from tray to tray.
I will attach the image.
The product was sealed.
It wasn't a big problem because I noticed before mounting in the mounter, but why was it sent in such a state?
5 leads were bent out (100 units mounted on machine)
One of them is unusable.
