Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance
Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance
Junction-to-board thermal resistance
Junction-to-top characterization parameter
Junction-to-board characterization parameter
Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance

Hey Art,

Also, I just realized that i recently requested this information for the MSP430F1612IPM. I believe this should be the same for the MSP430F1611 in the same package.
