MSP-TS430RGZ48C: Example code

I modified the "OutOfBox_MSP430FR5969" example of MSP430FR5969 Paunch Pad to toggle LEDs at P1.0 and P4.6, when I flashed MSP430FR5969-SP on the target board, the pins P1.0 and P4.6 do not toggle.

Do I need to install crystals (Q1 or Q2) to have Launch Pad example code working?  Where can I find schematics of Target Board MSP-TS430RGZ48C?
