I have ultrasonic water flow sensor, to measure water flow through the pipe . and I want to order MSP430FR6047 to  send the data to the mobile app

The website gives me two option ( PZ ( 90 jedec tray ))or ((PZR 1000 large T&R)  Which one is suitable with our project
