How can I use CCS V9 and IAR V7+ to create a library similar to IQmathLib that MSP430 can use.
I found some resources, but they are out of date. I can't see them.

For CCS V9, you should create a new project and set the Output type to Static Library. Add the header and source files and compile to generate the .lib library.
For IAR V7+, similar to CCS, change the Output file to Library rather than Executable to generate .a library.
The default output format is .r43. You should manually change it to .a format as below.
