As I check if you are a power device you can use this website to calculate the thermal: 

Normally, as I find, you can find RθJA, RθJC(top), RθJB, ΨJT, ΨJB in device's datasheet, like power device or MSP430. But for TSS721A, you can't find what you want in the datasheet. That means TI may not have the related information for TSS721A.

If you really want to know, I advice you to consult the product line of TSS721A.
