MSP430F5342: What is the ESD rating for every pin?

Do we have any data on the ESD rating for each pin for this micro? I see on the ESD Ratings section of the datasheet that "Pins listed as ±1000 V may actually have higher performance.", but ideally I'd like to know which pins are 1kV, which are 250V, and what is the maximum they go up to?

    Hi, Lauren, 

    The HBM ±1kV and CDM ±250V are the minimum pass criteria for MSP430 devices. It meets the JEDEC standard for safe manufacturing with standard ESD control process. The ESD test qualification process is to apply certain ESD level to test each pin. But the test will be stopped if any pin failed at the certain ESD level and the test will be regarded as failed at the ESD level. The passed ESD level is for MCU SoC instead for each pin because it doesn't make sense for the MCU to work normally if one pin failed and other pins passed. 

    In fact, the passed ESD level for every pin is higher than HBM ±1kV and CDM ±250V. We do have the internal qualification report to record what is the stop ESD level for the device. But this report is only available to NDA customers. If you want to get the report, please contact corresponding MSP430 Apps team to help.
