MSP430FR5989-EP: MSP430FR5989-EP : Max Current Required for RAM Retention

Part Number: MSP430FR5989-EP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F249-EP,

What is the worst case current loading for RAM Retention for the following parts?

I need clarification for maximums called out in the datasheets.

  • Datasheet says 0.1uA. Is that a typical value (25 deg C)?
  • Is LPM4 equivalent to RAM retention?
  • So if Vcc=3V and temperature = 100 deg C, max current = 7uA?

  • Is I_LPM4.5 excluding SVS equivalent to current required for RAM Retention?
  • If so, then is worst case at Tj = 95 deg C 0.5uA?
