Hello! I am using BOOSTXL-K350QVG-S1 with Launchpad MSP432P401R. Demo works fine.

How can I show in display the value(int number) stored in a variable? For example I have my variable int temp and I want to display its value and update it periodically.

How can I change the size of the displaying value?

What demo are you running?

I know that this LCD has been used with MSP432P4 demos in the past, but I'm not familiar with editing/updating the image for the LCD and I don't see a specific graphic library for MSP432P4. Maybe I can take a quick look at the demo code once you let me know which demo it is.

You need to use sprintf() to get your int turned into a string and then use the Graphics_drawStringCentered() to put it on the display. (Or Graphics_drawString()). Look at the drawMainMenu() function in the example.

To change the text size you have to change the font. TI supplies a number of fonts to give you several options.
