MSP430G2513: GPIO Pins Trigger Voltage Level

Part Number: MSP430G2513

Hi

I am designing a project and need to measure the lead-acid battery capacity. To use such a battery is a last-minute change so I don't plan to use any fancy measurement devices but to measure the voltage of the battery using existing MSP430G2513. However, G2513 does not has ADC so I plan to use a simple voltage divider to induce a voltage at a GPIO pin. Once the voltage low enough to un-trigger the GPIO pin then we know the battery has reached a certain level.

Question: What is the voltage that will trigger the low/high state of the GPIO pins? Is this parameter a constant? What will happen at the margin?

Thank you very much
