Part Number: MSP-EXP432P4111
I am using an MSP-EXP432P4111 evaluation board to receive data via the XDS110 UART connection to my PC. I noticed some strange behaviour in the data received and it appeared corrupted. That is when I discovered the latest release of the XDS Emulation software had a bug fix for the following in the release notes:
- XDS110: UART transfers corrupted in some versions (DBGTRC-5418)
I'm hoping to get more details about this bug as I was previously using old drivers for testing and if this bug was present in the version used, it may be the case that I redo tests to ensure any failures detected were not as a result of the bug in the XDS driver.
- What version of the XDS emulation software / driver was this bug first detected?
- Has the bug fix completely solved the problem or have there been any reports of this bug since the latest release?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance ,
Mark
