Hi, I am looking for some information and advice on how to go about selecting a 1-wire component. It would really help to get an overview of the components you offer.

I pasted in the part number as I know it is one of your 1-wire devices, but I am really looking for advice rather than technical detail of individual components.

    Hey Isobel,

    Are you looking for Sensors or Microcontrollers that support 1 wire interfaces?  

    From an MCU standpoint, my understanding is that most MCUs can support 1 wire interfaces with some software.  Here is a app note showing an example on our low cost MSP430FR2000:  

    I'm not sure if we have a page showing available sensors or not if this is what you are looking for.

    Hi JD,

    Many thanks for getting back to me.

    We are conducting this search on behalf of a client, a multinational consumer goods company. They want a memory authentication system for their consumer device which has a consumable cartridge. They would be needing hundreds of millions of 1-wire microcontrollers per year.

    I am attaching our questionnaire for suppliers. Maybe you could take a look at either fill it in or we can talk through the questions?

    I wouldn't mind talking to a European or UK distributor if that would be easier for everyone.

    I took a quick look, but I'm not sure what information you need.  Our biggest distributors in EU are Arrow and Avnet, so maybe you can reach out to them.
