MSP430F6775A: Temperature intercept & Temperature slope of MSP430F6775A for internal temperature sensor

Part Number: MSP430F6775A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F67791A,

Dear All,

In energy meter code metrology-calibration-template.h is following constants to measure temperature.

/*! This defines the default offset for the temperature diode, in ADC units */
#define DEFAULT_TEMPERATURE_INTERCEPT -9830

/*! This defines the default scaling factor for the temperature diode, in ADC units */
#define DEFAULT_TEMPERATURE_SLOPE 82

#define DEFAULT_ROOM_TEMPERATURE 250

Above values are for MSP430F67791A. With above constants temperature calculated by MSP430F67791A is correct. Now i have two questions.

1. From where these values is been derived?

2. For MSP430F6775A what will be these values so that it calculates proper temperature with inbuilt sensor?

Regards.
