MSP430F5328: Defective clamp diode in the controller

Is there a reliable way to measure a defective MSP430F5328IRGC controller, which clamp diodes on a port is defective.

I unsoldered the controller

Due to this defect, the 3.3V are torn down. The defective area cannot be located with a thermal imaging camera.
