Hi Team

 

The customer would like to know that FLL lock time (Max) when DCO = 16Mhz with Internal REFO as reference?

Would you please provide it?

If you have not it, do you have a rough indication data or an approximate data?

    Hi Kuerbis,

    Unfortunately, we can't provide a maximum FLL lock time. If the customer is concerned about this, they could measure this time across several devices to get an approximate indication or average of the max lock time.

    Edit: I think the lock time varies depending on the DCORSEL and DCOFTRIM settings, so they can try various settings to find shorter average lock times.

    I think it is difficult to determine how much the FLL changes over the entire temperature range.

    Can you give me the most secure value that the FLL should always be locked?

    If you don't have data for your customer's requirements, what about the terms of the datasheet?
