MSP430F6779: Low Power Comparison

Part Number: MSP430F6779
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5359

TLDR: Are there any TI low power chips that have more than 64kB of RAM but consume less than 270nA in shutdown mode? I haven't been able to find any in the MSP430 ultra-low-power line, is there a better line for this specific application?

I am working on a project that requires both ultra-low power and high RAM. It needs to be able to run fast-fourier-transforms intermittently while on battery power. We have considered the MSP430F6779AIPEUR. We are currently using the STM32L152RE, and I am not sure if switching to the MSP430F6779AIPEUR is the ideal choice. 180nA 3V power consumption in Shutdown mode is far superior to the 290nA offered by the STM32L152RE. I am not sure if 32kB of RAM will be sufficient, because the STM model we are currently using has 80kB. Ideally the TI replacement would have >= 64kB. Due to this, I have also looked at the MSP430F5359 model, which has 66kB, but its shutdown power consumption is 450nA 3V, which is more power consumption for less RAM compared to our current MCU.

Any suggested lines/models are appreciated. Details can be given if needed.
