Compiler/MSP430FG6626: MSP430FG6626 LPM3 mode problem..

Part Number: MSP430FG6626
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP-FET

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

I am developing a measuring instrument using msp430fg6626.

The problem is that using the MSP-FET430UIF tool, entering and exiting LPM3 in debugging mode proceeds without a problem.

However, if the debug mode is stopped, the MCU does not operate.

If the LPM3 entry is removed and operated, it operates normally.

What is the problem?

If the TEST/SBWTCK pin is pulled up, it works, but there is a problem that consumes a lot of current when entering LPM3, so it seems that it cannot be done.

If you look at the msp430fg6626 Errata documentation, there seems to be a number of problems, but I'm not sure how to apply it.

If you can tell me how to fix the problem, I would appreciate it.
