Hello,

Is the drawing of "BALL A1 CORNER" for the ZCA package on MSP430F5659 correct?
It is drawn at page 138 in the datasheet.

In case of the ZQW package, "A1 Corner" is located at right bottom corner.
In case of the ZCA package, "BALL A1 CORNER" is located at left upper corner.

I think you are correct that the A1 corner should be in the same position for both packages. I will look into this further today and confirm whether that is the case or not and let you know.
