MSP430F5528: MSP Flasher v1.3.20 - Exit: 16 - Driver: closed (Internal error)

Hello,

tried to flash an MSP430F5528 located on a TMP117EVM with the help of  MSP-FET430UIF. (SPI-Bi wire)
Do have two TMP117EVMs. On flashs without problem the other one shows mentioned error message.
With exactly the same command line!

The one showing the mentioned error can be flashed with IAR without any problem!

As I cannot use IAR to flash a .txt file without having the source code -> cannot flash the TMP117EVB with its original firmware.

Do not have other flash program than this.

This was the command line:
MSP430Flasher -n MSP430F5528 -w 4130.USB2ANY_F5528.txt -v -z [VCC] (-i USB) (-e ERASE_ALL)
